Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange an item within 30 days of receipt. (Shipping charges will be applied to any exchanges and must be paid in full before merchandise is shipped.) To request a Return Authorization number, send an email to [email protected].

Returns also may be processed in person at The Holy Land Experience.

**Note** The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Shofars, Books/Bibles, open DVDs/CDs and any items sold “As Is”.

REFUNDS:

Purchase price only will be refunded for merchandise returned in resalable condition (buyer pays return shipping).

INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE ORDERS:

If you received wrong items or had items missing, please contact us immediately. If via email, please specify what you received in error and/or what was missing from your order. We will make all arrangements necessary to make it right.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately. These types of claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but we will assist you with these claims to the best of our ability.

Items found to be damaged or defective after opening must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return and/or replacement of any such merchandise. Defective or damaged DVDs/CDs or books will be replaced with SAME TITLE ONLY (unless no longer available).
